Welcome to TaqZone, a social platform that lets users discover and create posts using Augmented Reality (AR) technology.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaqZone app, provided by us.
By using TaqZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TaqZone.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent.

You agree to:
• Use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Respect others and not post offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Not use the AR camera to harass, stalk, or invade others' privacy.
• Follow all local laws, especially when using location or camera features.

Be aware of your surroundings. When using AR features, do not use the app while driving or in situations requiring your full attention.
Don't tag harmful locations.
You may not post AR content in restricted, private, or dangerous areas.
Respect property rights.
Do not place virtual content in ways that infringe on private or public property rights.

You retain ownership of the content (images, AR posts, text) you create.
By posting on TaqZone, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content on and through the App.
We may remove any content that violates these Terms or is reported as abusive, harmful, or illegal.

Your privacy is important to us.
By using TaqZone, you agree to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and share your data.
Key data we may access: Camera and AR usage (for core functionality) Location (to show nearby tags) Account info (e.g., username, email)
We do not sell your personal information.

You agree not to post content that:
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Contains nudity, pornography, or explicit material
• Encourages illegal activity
• Harasses or threatens other users
• Violates intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.

Use at your own risk.
TaqZone is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused while using the App.
We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or accuracy of AR content.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
• Blue Verification: $9.90 per month, auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
• Gold Verification: $99.00 per month, auto-renews monthly until cancelled.

Payment:
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial periods.

Free Trials:
• If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TaqZone is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or any harm resulting from AR feature usage.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaqZone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Content you post or share through the app

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TaqZone shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
